This week's blocks are #8 Bouquet and # 7 Birds in the Air. I'm happy that I have been able to keep up with the QAL so far! The Birds in the Air block took a considerable amount of time to piece but I'm fairly happy with how it turned out.

Here are all 8 blocks so far! I'm excited that at the end of this I'll have 111 blocks to make into a quilt!

Last weekend I was playing around with some small scrappy pieces leftover from a another quilt project in progress. I made a sort of log-
cabiny mini mug rug. I had fun just playing with the pieces and seeing what I ended up with.

Hope you are all having a great weekend! What are you working on?

I love these two new pieces. They're my favorite from the bunch :). I can't imagine how much time it takes to make them!
Have a fun weekend! :p
